Shipping From

All orders are shipped from Denmark.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to countries within the European Union (EU).

Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day after the order is placed.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the EU is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are up to 49 DKK, depending on destination and order details.

  • Free shipping is available for customers who are subscribed to our newsletter.

Any applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted third-party shipping providers, including:

  • PostNord

  • DAO

  • DHL

  • GLS

The carrier used may vary depending on destination and logistics.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package until delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside Denmark, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
